Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book my tax appointment?
As early as possible. Appointments fill up quickly between February and April. Booking early also gives you time to collect missing documents and get your refund sooner.
Does Tennessee have a state income tax?
Tennessee doesn’t tax wages, so most Tennessee residents file only a federal return. If you earned income in another state or moved during the year, you may need to file in that state as well.
Can you help if I haven’t filed in a few years?
Yes. We’ll help you catch up on past-due returns and work toward resolving any balance owed.
Do I have to meet in person?
No. We can work entirely by phone, video, and secure document upload.
How much does tax preparation cost?
Fees depend on the complexity of your return. Individual returns start at $350.00. We’ll confirm your fee before we begin, so there are no surprises.
